Garment Care

Garment Care Guide
We prioritize safety, softness and long wear for all baby & kids outfits. Gentle washing protects cotton, corduroy & denim fabrics, keeps colors bright, maintains stretch waistbands and keeps snap buttons durable.

1. Follow Care Label Instructions: Always check the care label sewn inside the garment to identify the specific washing guidelines for that particular fabric type.

2. Sort by Color and Fabric Type Before Washing: Separate dark-colored denim and corduroy items from light-colored cotton garments to prevent color bleeding. Never wash infant and toddler clothing together with adult clothing. Garments designed specifically for newborns (0 to 24 months)—especially those featuring safety-tested buttons/zippers and fabrics suitable for sensitive skin—require particularly gentle care.

3. Use a Gentle Detergent Designed for Infants: Choose a fragrance-free, pH-balanced, and hypoallergenic liquid detergent. Avoid using bleach, harsh chemicals, or optical brighteners; these ingredients can not only irritate a baby's delicate skin but may also cause fabric discoloration or even lead to rust and damage in metal components.

4. Wash at Low Temperatures Only: We recommend washing all cotton, corduroy, and denim garments at a water temperature of 30°C or below. High-temperature washing can cause cotton items to shrink, corduroy to stiffen, and denim to fade, while potentially deforming elastic bands, buttons, and zippers. Washing in cold water helps better preserve the fabric's softness and the garment's original shape.

5. Gentle Washing Techniques:
1) Hand Washing: Soak the garment briefly, then gently press to wash. Never wring or scrub vigorously. Rinse thoroughly once washing is complete.
2) Machine Washing: Select the "Delicate" or "Baby Clothes" cycle on your washing machine, and place the garment inside a dedicated mesh laundry bag before washing.
3) Specific Fabric Care Notes
Denim: Avoid frequent or vigorous washing to prevent fading.
Corduroy: Do not scrub vigorously during washing, as this may damage the fabric's surface pile. Garments with Snap Fasteners: Before washing, please ensure that all snaps are securely fastened to prevent damage or detachment.

6. Drying and Ironing
1) Air Drying: Please air dry the garment in a cool, well-ventilated area, avoiding direct sunlight. Do not expose the item to intense sunlight for extended periods, as this may cause yellowing or fading of the fabric and accelerate the oxidation of the snaps.
2) Tumble Drying: Use only the lowest heat setting for drying; remove the garment immediately once the drying cycle is complete.
3) Ironing: Iron on a low heat setting, placing a protective cloth (such as a thin cotton fabric) over the garment's surface. Never allow the iron to come into direct contact with the snaps.

7. Breathable Storage: It is recommended to fold trousers for storage and hang tops to minimize wrinkling. Please store garments in a dry, well-ventilated wardrobe. Cotton garments are prone to mold growth in humid environments; maintaining good ventilation helps preserve the loft and texture of corduroy and denim fabrics. Keep garments away from humid conditions and corrosive substances.

8. Regular Safety Checks: Periodically inspect seams, elastic bands, and snaps to ensure they remain intact and undamaged. If a snap is found to be loose, reinforce it immediately; if loose threads are detected, trim them promptly to prevent them from becoming entangled around the baby's fingers or ankles.
